Timeline

NEGATIVE YEARS - Prior to any of the main cast knowing about demons or the supernatural. Eva dies during this time. Zak is possessed a couple years before Tom & the town, though Temrash is already active in town.

YEAR ONE - Jake, Rachel, Cassie, and Marco are 13. Tom is 16/17. Zak is 18/19. Their town is possessed, including Tom, who disappears with Zak before the “main event.” People died, including Rachel’s mother and sisters, and Jake’s parents.

YEAR TWO - Jake and Rachel moved into George & Ellen’s care. Against Cassie and Marco’s wishes, they become obsessed with tracking Tom and learning to kill demons. Temrash (Tom) is separated from Uryphe (Zak) in order to follow orders of Eva’s. After some close calls, Cassie backs up the Berensons with better research. Marco joins in “just until we save Tom.”

YEAR THREE - Uryphe (Zak) and Erek hook up, are caught, and later break up.

YEAR FOUR - The kids, now 16, and mildly experienced take to the road in search of Tom in a shitty trailer, living off random jobs and the meager allowance from the Berenson inheritance and possibly some grifting. On Tom’s trail, the kids begin their habit of regularly exorcising Zak. Rachel makes a crossroads deal to save her family which expires when Tom is found.

YEAR FIVE - Tom and Zak settle down in Oregon, but both are fairly active across the Northwest, making it difficult for the kids, 17, to track them. The team meets Toby and her family. They exorcise Zak another 20 times. Rachel, Marco, and Tom combined seduced the entire Northwest US. This includes Rachel and the wood nymph.

YEAR SIX - The team is composed of legal adults who can’t legally drink when they walk into a Mexican restaurant and meet Tom. In the ensuing chaos, the real Tom is gravely injured, and Marco meets his mother. (It took two years for Eva to “buy” Rachel’s contract, successfully keeping Tom out of the team’s way until then.) Tobias raises Rachel from hell after two (topside) months of imprisonment. As punishment, her family does not remember her at all.

YEAR SEVEN - Tobias becomes a member of the group. Erek makes friends with the group, unbeknownst to Zak. Rachel buys a bandwagon.

YEAR EIGHT - The team is 20. They have a few allies. They are more experienced. Tom gets a promotion and starts testing them, but he also starts work with them toward an end they don’t know and are suspicious of.

YEAR NINE - The team is back on the road with a new RV, and the number of their dangerous enemies is climbing. On the other hand, they may be gaining some powerful allies.

UNCLEAR PERIOD - Not really sure when this happened, but it did. We were really drunk that night.
